On our Mongolian buffet, the Mongo's food market, we offer you a wide selection of local and exotic ingredients: around 30 types of vegetables and mushrooms, various types of meat and fish, selected seafood, and Asian noodles and spices. There are also regularly changing seasonal products, such as asparagus or reindeer.
Our range of meat ranges from pork and Irish beef to ostrich, kangaroo and crocodile.
For example, we have sustainably farmed salmon, but above all regularly changing daily offerings such as grouper, parrotfish or mahi mahi.
If you want to try out our wide range of vegetable ingredients, you can enjoy classics such as Chinese cabbage, broccoli and spinach leaves as well as water chestnuts, Mu Err mushrooms or plantains.
For all friends of a purely plant-based diet, we offer a vegans Meat substitute made from soy and tofu or tempeh. In total, you can choose from approx. 60-80 ingredients choose.
